These terms apply to every reservation made on alestalimo.com. Alesta Limo is a DBA (doing business as) of SMU Limousine LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company located at 140 E Ridgewood Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652 ("we", "us"). By booking, you ("the customer") agree to these terms.

1. Our service

We provide pre-arranged chauffeured transportation in executive sedans, luxury SUVs and Sprinter vans. All rides must be reserved in advance; we do not accept street hails. Online reservations need at least 4 hours' notice. For sooner rides, call us.

2. Prices and payment

Point-to-point, airport and wedding rides are priced by the driving distance and drive time calculated when you book, with a $130 minimum fare.
Hourly service is billed per hour with a 5 hour minimum. Time beyond the booked hours is billed at the same hourly rate in 30 minute increments.
The full fare is charged when you book. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card number.
Tips are optional and go to your chauffeur.
Not included in the online fare: bridge and tunnel tolls, airport parking, extra stops added during the ride, waiting time beyond the grace period below, and cleaning fees. These are billed separately after the ride at cost or at the listed rate, and we will tell you the amount before charging.

3. Waiting time

Airport pickups: 30 minutes of free waiting after a domestic flight lands, 60 minutes after an international flight. We track your flight, so delays are not your cost.
All other pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting.
Additional waiting is billed at $1 per minute.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Point-to-point and airport rides: cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund.
Hourly and wedding bookings: cancel 7 days or more before pickup for a full refund.
Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded. A no-show is when the passenger does not appear and cannot be reached after the free waiting time.

Approved refunds go back to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.
If we cancel or cannot provide your ride, you receive a full refund.

5. Passengers and conduct

The number of passengers may not exceed the vehicle's seating capacity.
Smoking, vaping and illegal drugs are not allowed in our vehicles. Open alcohol is only permitted where New Jersey and New York law allows it for limousine passengers aged 21 or older.
The chauffeur may refuse or end a ride if a passenger is a danger to safety, damages the vehicle or breaks the law. Damage to the vehicle and cleaning required after illness are charged at cost.
Children must ride in an appropriate car seat as required by law. Request a free child seat when you book.

6. Delays outside our control

Drive times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents or other events outside our control, and we are not liable for missed flights or appointments resulting from them. Please allow enough time.

7. Lost items

We keep items left in our vehicles for 30 days. Contact us to arrange return. Shipping is at your cost.

8. Liability

SMU Limousine LLC carries commercial liability insurance as required for New Jersey limousine operators. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, except for personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
